Josh Christie brings a production twist to the SCE Event Group. With over 7 years of experience as a DJ, and as a production specialist, Josh has become a valuable asset within the SCE Event Group portfolio. He has evolved into a creative visionary in the private event industry through years of hard work and technical training. Josh has a Bachelors Degree in Theatre Production and Design which spans the Sound, Lighting and Carpentry facets of the production world. He was mentored by numerous sound, lighting, and set designers from around the world, including the sound designer for the 2008 Olympics in Beijing, China. His resume boasts some pretty interesting events and roles including DJing in countries outside the United States like nightclubs in Ecuador and weddings in St. John USVI.
If that wasn’t enough to impress you, Josh has been featured on numerous television programs like Four Weddings, The Real Housewives of New Jersey, Dina’s Party, and eXtra. He has supported many high profile events as the Creative Producer, Laser Specialist and has worked with groups like New Found Glory, and has even assisted in building the sound system for Lil Wayne’s 2010 world tour.
In addition to his diverse background in Lighting and Audio Productions, Josh also brings the only mobile event Laser Show into the SCE Event Group Portfolio. He is the exclusive owner of LaserJockey, which is now the first laser company in the state of NJ.
