On Saturday March 19th, 2011… Jason Jani and the team from NJ’s exclusive wedding DJs and event producers provided trendsetting event services for Kevin and Nikki’s wedding celebration at the prestigious One and Only Westmount Country Club in West Paterson New Jersey.
For those who have not ever attended at wedding at the One and Only Westmount Country Club, I must say you are missing out on something very grand and unique. The Westmount Country Club is a modern venue with world class food offerings and stunning decor that also happens to be one of our favorite New Jersey locations to host weddings. The lavish furnishings and excellent service are the backdrop for incredible events ranging from 150 to over 600 guests.
Westmount Country Club
Kevin and Nikki had their reception in the Continental Ballroom at the Westmount Country Club. The ballroom was set for about 220 guests, and SCE and the Westmount Country Club staff jointly infused color with some dynamic Lightscaping offerings to accent the centerpieces and bridal accents. The guests began the celebration in the cocktail hour area with a custom mix produced by the team from Sound Connection Entertainment that captured the musical preferences of the couple while setting the stage for the wedding reception. As the guest moved into the Continental Ballroom, they were greeted by the following service offerings, Lightscaping Design, and music production from SCE that included a Live Sax and Percussionist.
Kevin and Nikki wanted their celebration to stand out from many weddings they have attended in the past, so Jason and the SCE team designed a unique presentation that continued to keep the energy flowing while capturing the tradition and elegance of the day. From the custom introduction edit of Billie Jean infused with some Deadmau5 while having the members of their bridal party in classic Michael Jackson aviator style glasses, fedoras and even blinking gloves, Kevin and Nikki’s vision was brought to life – SCE style. As the celebration continued and the newlyweds shared some special dances with some of their closest family members, the night was full of energy and emotion. The reception even ended by capturing of a Sunday afternoon barbecue tradition of the newlyweds of playing Suavemente while 200 of their guests wore Sombreros and danced around – Dolan style….incredibly unique and just awesome.
Kevin and Nikki attended a wedding that was previously hosted by Jason Jani and SCE, and knew after that experience that they wanted to have the SCE crew part of their special day. We were honored to design and celebrate this event with Kevin and Nikki and the incredible staff from the Westmount Country Club. Special thanks to the entire SCE team, the crew from Photography by Ceilo, and especially Tom DelGatto and Karen Renne from the One and Only Westmount Country Club.
