NJ Wedding DJ vLog @ Seasons

On March 13th, 2010 – Jason Jani and NJ based Wedding Specialists from Sound Connection Entertainment hosted Tracy & Frank’s wedding celebration at Seasons in Washington Township.  Seasons is one of north Jersey’s finest wedding venues, that boasts stunning decor, excellent food offerings and a accommodating staff.

Tracy & Frank reserved Jason and the Sound Connection Entertainment over a year before there celebration date.  The couples vision was clear and I would sum it up as – contemporary elegance coupled with a twist high energy excitement. With over 220 of their closest friends and family of all ages groups in one place, it was important that the SCE team capture the elegance and tradition of a wedding celebration while producing a fun and modern music landscape.

To achieve this vision, the Sound Connection Entertainment team provided a live pianist musician for the wedding ceremony that was held on site  as well as a live piano player for the cocktail hour.  From there the guests moved into the reception where they were greeted by subtle ambient room uplighting, intelligent lighting dialed into the couples room color pallet, and song selections ranging from the 70′s disco era to contemporary radio music like the Black Eyed Peas & LMFAO.  From a music perspective, the SCE DJ team, had something for everyone in the mix and played some of the brides family favorites such as “We are family” and “The Hora Medley” while also pleasing the younger guests with tracks spanning, hip-hop, Top 40 and new-era Club favorites.

We measure success at our events in a number of ways, some of which are (in no particular order):

1. Number of guests that remain till the end of the celebration.

2. Couples vision materialized to perfection.

3. Feedback from our clients, their family members and guests.

4. Dance-floor being full with dancing when the dance-floor is opened (that is a SCE DJ view).

5. Delivering the very best –  stress free, polished and outstanding entertainment performance of our ability.

At the end of the day, the SCE team delivered all of which to Tracy & Frank. and I must say on a personal note, Tracy and Frank were such a pleasure to work with.
