I wanted to take a minute to inform our clients about some new and exciting web based management tools that we are incorporating to the Sound Connection Entertainment portfolio.
As of today, we will now be offering our clients the ability to plan their wedding online with our new online event planning system which can be found on the SERVICES tab of our website or directly at the following link: www.SoundConnectionEvents.com .
As a client, you will be able to complete the following ONLINE:
1. Complete the wedding or event planning worksheets online
2. Select your Music Choices, (Must play and Dont play) as well as preview the songs online.
3. Download and Print Contract information, if you ever misplace our contract information
4. Submit ONLINE Credit Card payment for your event via our Paypal portal, even if you do not have a Paypal account.
5. Look at our song suggestions (and preview the songs Online) for parent dances, 1st dances and other formalities.
6. After your event, you will have the ability to evaluate the SCE team DJ preformance.
If you are a new or potiential SCE client, this should give you a sense of how we are incorporating technology to assist in your celebrations success. The technology advancements such as the online event planning system will enable you to do some wedding preparation at your own pace. We are continuously looking to improve the planning experience with our clients and always invest into our clients success. If you are not into the technology tools, rest assured, you will also be able to continue to use our paper worksheets to complete your planning details.
