Before the wedding: (two key items would be)
1. Providing great customer service. If you as a client have a question, to return your email or phone call asap and to provide guidance based on our experience.
2. To address the formalities and plan for the event accordingly using our worksheets and celebration planners.

During the wedding reception:
1. Executing the gamplan to perfection, by delivering all that was discussed, promised and communicated using our worksheets.
2. To provide unmatched polished entertainment services that considers the client and their guests first. To do our very best at creating the type of atmosphere that all guests will enjoy and the customized entertainment experience particular to the clients themselves..

A professional DJ Entertainment company is responsible for SO MUCH during the course of the reception and many people never realize the stake entertainment plays in an event. It is something that will impact everything from the mood and atmosphere to the video and photo services. Think about it…. you can always think of an event that you attended the dj was good or bad, typically the bad outshines the good.
